A deeply immersive, full body listening and healing experience that utilizes crystal singing bowls, chimes, and tuning forks to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. Lying down in a relaxed meditative state, you will experience deep rest and energetic restoration, and an invitation to a deeper state of consciousness, exploring self-inquiry and self-discovery.
