In Person Reiki Healing

Service Description

Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things. It is important to keep the energy moving freely throughout our body for optimal wellness. Sometimes energetic blockages can occur, causing dis-ease in our physical system. This can manifest in many ways, such as pain, tension, anxiety, depression, illness and stress. As a Master Reiki Practitioner, I offer Reiki with the intention to cleanse and clear the energy system for my client’s highest good. This promotes relaxation and supports the body’s natural ability to heal. Energy healing can be received through no touch, or I use light touch on the feet, shins, knees, hands, forearms, shoulders, forehead, and top of the head. Whatever you prefer is perfect for you. • Before we begin, we will discuss your preferences, areas of focus, where you are, and where you want to be, as well as set intentions. • Using a pendulum, I will assess each chakra so that we have a baseline of what areas are open/closed, un/balanced. • You will lie comfortably on the healing table while I guide you through a visualization meditation to promote self-awareness and healing. • For the second half of the session, you will remain in a relaxed state, simply open to receive while I conduct my energy work. • At the completion of the healing, I will gently bring you back to the physical space for a post assessment and we will spend time discussing the experience. I suggest bringing a notebook and pen to capture highlights for later reflection. NOTE: This is an in person booking. Distance Reiki Healings are also available on the service page.
