This is guided small group energy healing session offered monthly for women that utilizes a multi modality approach to create an empowering somatic experience. Tap into the powerful new moon to purge old energy and connect to your authentic self for guidance and clarity, creating space to align with your highest timeline. These sessions offer a safe space for healing as well as transformational learning opportunities to expand your practice, offer support, and promote consistency. Please bring a journal.
