This virtual event will be quite the celebration! Coming together as a collective amplifies our energy, as we will be setting intentions and shifting into energetic alignment with our best life. Our focus: Shadow work! Shadow work is a process of exploring and uncovering parts of yourself that you have repressed or ignored. Often this suppression is the root cause of behaviors that do not serve you, and adversely impacts your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. For the ultimate healing experience, you will be guided through powerful exercises to integrate the shadow, as well as receive Reiki healing....and more! This is a safe space to clear out all that no longer serves you and feel empowered to step into the new year as Your Best Self.
