We learn about life by telling stories. We create new stories through experiences. Eventually, after we repeat one enough times, it becomes our main story…the one we use to define ourselves and the world we live in.
I invite you to get vulnerable and hear your own story when you tell it.
Take a Mindful Minute:
Ask yourself- Why do you tell it? Is it true? Is it yours? Does it belong to someone else? What do you feel deep within yourself that keeps you feeling small? Are you open to releasing those stories that no longer serve you?
Stories are like blueprints for creation. They are energy and are filled with thoughts and emotion. What are you creating? Set the intention now to focus on a true story about you- a story of courage, gratitude, and honesty. A story about well-being, wisdom, and grace. A story about kindness, self-love, and self-compassion.
You will experience your world according to the story you tell about it. Be sure they are stories that feel true and authentic. Be sure they are stories you are proud of. Know that it is ok to grow so much that nobody recognizes you. Do not shrink to fit the small self you have outgrown. Live in your purpose. Love in your truth. Level up.
Be Your Best Self.
