I am often asked about my career path and the credentials I have earned along the way. The truth is that my own personal healing journey has been the guiding force leading me to explore, study, and apply a variety of tools and techniques throughout my professional work.
At a very young age, I learned the hard lesson that debilitating sickness is not just for old people. This taught me to not take health for granted and ignited the fire for my future passion.
The seed was planted many years ago, when I was a young girl and the conventional medical model failed me repeatedly. However, despite the ongoing misguidance and misinformation, I never lost hope. I believed whole-heartedly that everyone deserves to live their best life filled with vitality.
I experienced chronic illness and unexplainable symptoms for as long as I can remember. This instilled a dedicated lifestyle of good eating habits and daily exercise beginning at the age of 15, and ignited a powerful desire to feel strong and energetic.
Still, as a teenager and a young adult, despite all my efforts as well as the treatment of a vast variety of specialists, I continued to suffer. Often after following the doctor’s suggestions my condition would worsen. The recommendations became more terrifying and permanent. Finally, I had decided it was time for me to step off the traditional path, which was difficult, scary, and lonely.
What began as a quest for optimal physical health, ultimately my journey taught me that the body is simply communicating a deeper wound that needs healing. But most importantly, understanding that my body has the capacity to heal itself allowed me to take back my power.
After struggling for years, I dove deep into energy healing and embraced all it has to offer. With a profound understanding of the interconnectedness of our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual bodies, I keep my light shining through my continued dedication to my own personal development and by helping others rediscover their light.
I am grateful for my all my personal experiences, which has fueled my mission to help others feel supported on their healing journey and live their best life.
Honor your path. It is YOUR path.
